Do I need prior fitness experience to join?

Absolutely not! We welcome clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. Our certified trainers specialize in creating personalized programs that match your current fitness level and help you progress safely at your own pace.

During your initial consultation, we'll assess your current fitness level, discuss any health concerns, and design a program that's challenging yet achievable. We believe everyone deserves access to quality fitness training, regardless of where they're starting from.

What should I bring to my first session?

For your first training session, please bring:

Can I cancel or reschedule my training sessions?

Yes, we understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy requires 24-hour advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to potentially fill the time slot or adjust our trainers' schedules accordingly.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged or deducted from your package. We handle genuine emergencies and unexpected situations on a case-by-case basis with understanding and flexibility.

You can easily reschedule sessions through our client portal, by phone, or via email to ensure smooth communication.

Training Sessions

How long are typical training sessions?

Our training session lengths are designed to maximize results while fitting into your schedule:

  • Standard Sessions: 60 minutes (most popular option)
  • Express Sessions: 30 minutes for time-constrained schedules
  • Intensive Sessions: 90 minutes for advanced training goals
  • Group Training: 45-60 minutes depending on group size

Each session includes warm-up, main training components, cool-down, and brief discussion of progress and next steps. The 60-minute session provides the ideal balance of training volume and recovery.

How often should I train to see results?

The optimal training frequency depends on your goals, fitness level, and recovery capacity. Our general recommendations are:

  • Beginners: 2-3 sessions per week to build foundation and allow recovery
  • Intermediate: 3-4 sessions per week for consistent progress
  • Advanced: 4-5 sessions per week for peak performance
  • Weight Loss Focus: 3-5 sessions combined with nutrition guidance

Most clients see noticeable improvements within 4-6 weeks of consistent training. Your trainer will create a schedule that balances training intensity with adequate recovery for optimal results.
